In the market for a Renovation? Consolidation? Put your home to work for you.

Get the financing you need, and the flexibility to use it as you need it. A Home Equity Line of Credit allows you to borrow against the equity that you’ve built in your home to use as you see fit.

Minimum loan amount $10k
Term 10 years
1^st Mortgage is interest only payments
2^nd Mortgage is 1% of balance payment
Doc Fee is $199, bank covers all other loan costs.
Must be borrowers primary residence, no rental or titled mobile homes.
Home must be located within our market, in a Parish we have a branch.
