Two-Way Texting

JD Bank is happy to announce that we will be offering two-way texting to verify debit card transactions for quicker fraud identification and detection. If a transaction falls outside of your normal debit card transactional behavior, it may be flagged as a fraudulent charge triggering the two-way text to verify you have made the transaction. A phone call or email will be sent to you, if there is no response to the text message. No response to any of the communications will block the transaction in question.

Customers with a cell phone number listed as a mobile number in our system received an enrollment text* on Monday, November 14th. If you are interested in this product, feel free to contact your local branch for assistance in enrolling.  A list of branches and contacts can be found at https://jdbank.com/locations/.
